Fire Suppression Systems Investigation and Analysis

Almost every commercial and public building owner relies on fire suppression systems to protect workers and visitors. When these systems fail, they do so with catastrophic impact on lives and property.

Fire Suppression Systems Systems typically fail because of age, faulty maintenance practices, installation errors or manufacturing defects. Finding the cause of the failure is not only vital for the individual case we are working, but for the prevention of other incidents with like equipment.

WERC responds to FSS cases by getting to the scene promptly, documenting site conditions, collecting evidence and alerting potential parties of interest.

We then meticulously examine all components, arrange testing with various parties and create thorough reports that stand up in court.

The fire suppression systems WERC investigates include:

  • Wet and dry sprinkler
  • Pre-action
  • Deluge
  • Wet and dry chemical restaurant
  • Carbon dioxide
  • Halon
Our Testing Facility

WERC strives to provide the most complete and comfortable facility for laboratory testing. In addition to our extensive testing equipment, we provide sufficient room for parties to consult privately. We provide our guests with meals and facilitate successful analysis by all parties by meeting their administrative needs. Our well stocked laboratory is large enough to accommodate groups off 20 or more.
