Our investigations have ranged from the evaluation of a supplied part to extensive site documentation relative to cause, origin and/or scope of damage. Our engineers have testified on these matters in mediation, deposition and trial in numerous states nationwide.
Because of this depth of experience, WERC provides you with superior quality engineering evaluation of component plumbing parts, but at a flat rate. This will allow you to pursue more claims with subrogation potential.
The Program:
Parts will be shipped to our office, where they will be evaluated and then stored onsite or returned as requested. A report of our findings will be sent electronically, along with the invoice for work.
