Jaren Tolman, MBA, PE is a Civil Engineer who specializes in structural investigations and failure analysis related to construction accidents, residential and light commercial construction. He conducts and manages field observation work and report preparation. He has worked extensively in roles involving engineering design software and design of engineered wood products, including technical support for
the design community.

Jaren has extensive experience with the engineering of wood frame residential structures.  He is experienced with the residential and light commercial design as well as with construction practices related to engineered wood products.  Mr. Tolman is also experienced in framing, roofing, and landscaping construction practices giving him a sound basis for the evaluation of trade practices.

Jaren has worked with building officials and design professionals throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. He is NCEES registered and currently licensed in Colorado, California and Arizona. Licenses are pending in Arizona and New Mexico.
