Vince Sakraida, PE, LEED is the Manager of Mechanical Engineering for Western Engineering & Research Corporation. He has over 26 years experience building mechanical systems, including design, construction, assessment and commissioning.  He is a recognized leader in engineering systems for laboratories, cleanrooms, and other high technology facilities. 

He is a Distinguished Lecturer for the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).  Mr. Sakraida provides expert testimony in matters involved in litigation.

Project experience includes commercial (office buildings, retail), institutional (police stations, fire stations, primary and secondary schools, youth detention center), pharmaceutical (compressed products, sterile fill, medical device), high technology (cleanrooms, biological laboratories BSL-1, 2, 3), healthcare (medical office buildings, hospital modifications), and industrial (stamping plant, plastic dyeing, candy plant).
