Jeffrey L. Sellon, PE has more than 30 years experience in engineering design, start-up and forensics. He has investigated numerous multi-million dollar losses, including construction claims arising from the construction of the Denver International Airport (DIA), which was one of the largest projects in the world at the time. Mr. Sellon provides expert testimony and consults with attorneys on a regular basis.
Mr. Sellon helps resolve electrical system failures involving equipment breakdown, construction, utility, mines, appliances, and vehicles; shock and electrocutions. Electrical systems include power, control, instrumentation, grounding and lightning, fire alarm, communication, lighting, automation, and static electricity generation systems.
Mr. Sellon has taught seminars and published numerous articles. He is a nationally recognized expert and frequent speaker on Nikola Tesla, father of electrical engineering. He has presented lectures on Tesla at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and Columbia University in New York. Mr. Sellon served as the technical consultant to the authors of Obstruction of Justice.
